Al Kupsik has spent the majority of his career in the construction trades and currently owns his own consulting firm. Additionally, he has served his community in both elected and volunteer capacities. Al has been a Walworth County Supervisor, Alderman and Mayor for the City of Lake Geneva. He has also served on the Board of Directors for the YMCA, Economic Development Corp, and Community Action for Walworth and Rock Counties.
Al believes that working and middle-class families are the backbone of Wisconsin. He is committed to working hard to address the issues that most affect them. Al wants to fund our public schools, including our universities, ease the childcare burden, make healthcare more affordable, and keep abortion legal in Wisconsin. Al is a strong proponent of unions and women’s rights. Al will work hard to get the legislature back to work for the people of Wisconsin.
Al's commitment to the working class is exemplified in the endorsement he received from the Executive Board of Teamsters Local 344 as their choice to represent Wisconsin's Assembly District 33.

Despite relentless attacks from Republican politicians who seek to undermine unions, the teamsters continue to maintain justice and dignity for their members.
Teamsters Local 344 represents approximately 5,000 package delivery and warehouse workers statewide, as well as sales and service workers in the Milwaukee area and surrounding counties.
